Ref.: GOI Order regarding PLB Vide letter No. F.No. 7/22/2008/E-III(A) dated 29.08.2016 and NO.7/24/2007/E III (A) dated 03.10.2016.

Sir,

          With reference to the above subject this is to inform that although KVS has issued the order regarding payment of Adhoc Bonus ( arrears) for the year 2014-15 but some KVs are facing hurdle due to poor fund management.         Additionally, as your esteemed self would agree that adhoc bonus is being paid to the employee to meet the extra financial expenses during the festive occasions. Dussehera and Durga Puja have already over but the adhoc bonus has not been disbursed to the employee which would defeat the purpose of payment of bonus. Due to the disbursement of fund in School fund for the Oct2016 quarter has been done by Union Bank to all KVs across the country some fund is available to many KVs. Everybody is waiting for your kind order on the issue.

          Kindly issue necessary instructions to all concerned officers so that the employee can get their bonafide dues, adhoc bonus, before Deepawali.
