Sub.: Implementation of VIIth CPC to KVS employee – Non-receipt of any information or update on the issue- strong discontent is developing amongst staff across the country.

        Government of India has already published the 7th Pay Commission Gazette Notification –in www.egazette.nic.in  by which 7th Pay Commission – Revised Pay Rules, 2016 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Expenditure) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, on 25th July, 2016.

 

          As your honour must be aware of the fact that employee of all Central Government departments has already been awarded with enhance “take home Salary” and other perks like enhanced Adhoc Bonus w.e.f 2014-15 and Non-PLB for the year 2015-16. The order of enhanced bonus has been notified by UOI vide their OMs.

It is really surprising and sorry to comment that not a single update has yet been received in regard to implementation of VIIth CPC from KVS HQ New Delhi. This aspect clearly implies that staff welfare is in the bottom of priority list of KVS. Had there been some notification, the impatience developed; amongst the KVS staff members could be eased. The morale of the staff is sinking which may lead to low productivity in the field of KVS result and other aspects.

 

          It is humbly submitted that kind instruction may please be issued from KVS HQ for the release of enhanced portion of Adhoc bonus for the year 2014-15 and 2015-16 to all the teaching as well as non-teaching staffs worked during the period. The updated status of implementation of VIIth CPC and its module may also be intimated so that the discontent amongst the staff members could be alleviated. If the employee is apprised of the latest status the matter may be eased.

          It is thus again humbly submitted to inform that by which date KVS employee will be getting the implementation of VIIth CPC.
